Greencuddle Shipping Policy
Order Handling & Dispatch
All orders placed through the Green Cuddle online store are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery are scheduled only on weekdays excluding public holidays.

For address such as Jurong Island and Sentosa which are not part of mainland Singapore, our delivery team isn't able to cover those places, hence you may need to self-collect from our store, for more information please contact our team.

Please note: Green Cuddle cannot be held responsible for delays or plant quality issues caused by third‑party couriers. We also do not cover losses if an incorrect address is provided, or if plants are left unattended after delivery and subsequently perish.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are fix at $10 per location for all online orders, however if you order via other platforms such as our Tik Tok shop or Shopee's Live, delivery fees will be calculated depending on the items you purchase is big or small.
Packaging Standards
Every plant is carefully packed with cushions or boxes with protective lining. During wetter seasons, we add extra safeguards such as bubble wrap or extra foam to maintain plant health during transit.
Weather & Transport Conditions
As plants are living products, Greencuddle’s team will assign your order as either a first or second delivery. Before dispatch, our staff will contact you to confirm a safe spot where the parcel can be left. Please share this information with us, and if possible, provide a photo of the designated location.
Combining Orders
If you’d like to merge a new order with a previous one, this must be done within 24 hours of placing the earlier order. We allow a maximum of 3 combined orders. Please note that merging 3 orders will extend delivery time by approximately 48 hours.
