Return Policy

We offer a 7-day free return policy for plant orders that arrive dead or in poor health. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the plant’s condition.

Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery for orders above $100. For orders below $100, a delivery fee of $8 per location applies. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, followed by delivery within another 1–2 working days, so you can expect to receive your items within approximately 4 working days.
Alternatively, you may select the "Self-Collect" option to pick up your order from our rooftop nursery at 36 Toh Guan Road East. Please note that self-collection is available by appointment only.
